Responsibilities:
Online Shopper Insights: Research and analyze online consumer behavior, shopper trends, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities within the category.
Strategy Development: Develop and propose a comprehensive online strategy for the category, outlining key priorities, customer journey enhancement, and path-to-purchase optimization. Continuously assess the effectiveness of online activities and make data-driven adjustments.
