We are hiring an e-Commerce Executive (Product Content cum Customer Service)Join us where you'll be part of a close-knit team that strives for progress and excellence. In this role, you will support the day-to-day operations of our eCommerce business by managing product content across online platforms, ensuring accurate and compelling product listings, and providing timely customer service support. You will handle customer enquiries, order-related issues, and coordination with internal teams and delivery partners to ensure a smooth and satisfying customer experience from purchase to fulfilment.

Working days: Monday - Friday
Working hours: 9.00AM - 6.30PM
