E-commerce Executive

• Manage the online store on a day-to-day basis
• Involve in e-commerce business development, formulate strategies and manage all online sales and marketing related matters
• Attend to customers' inquiries and provide good customer service
• Prepare sales report
• Other tasks as assigned by superior

Requirements:

• 1 - 2 years of experience in managing digital channels across website and marketplaces (Shopify, Shopee, Lazada)
• Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
• Knowledge in Canva or any similar tools/application is added advantage
• Team worker and responsible disposition, able to work independently.
• Positive attitude, good personality and able to communicate well.
• Required Language(s): English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia

RM3,000 - 4,500/month
