E-Commerce Executive (Tiktok)

The E-Commerce Executive (TikTok) supports day-to-day operations of TikTok Shop to drive sales, visibility, and content performance. This role focuses on platform operations, livestream coordination, paid ads support, and creator/affiliate engagement. You will work closely with the marketing, operations, and livestream teams to ensure smooth execution of all TikTok activities.
Key Responsibilities
Support daily TikTok Shop operations, including campaign setup, product upload, and livestream scheduling.
Assist in managing TikTok Ads Manager: prepare ads, monitor performance, and update reports.
Coordinate with live hosts (in-house or part-time) by preparing scripts, product info, and livestream materials.
Assist in planning livestream run-downs, arranging product lineups, and tracking live performance results.
Work with influencers, affiliates, and content creators by preparing briefs and monitoring posting schedules.
