Job Description
E-Commerce Lead Drive revenue growth, profitability, inventory planning, and channel expansion. Manage marketplace operations, pricing, promotions, and account health. Optimize advertising, conversions, and performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, margins). Build partnerships and identify new growth opportunities. Analyze business performance and provide strategic insights. Requirements 8+ years of experience in E-Commerce, Marketplace Growth, or Digital Commerce. Proven experience managing multiple marketplaces and categories end-to-end. Strong knowledge of marketplace algorithms, advertising platforms, and catalog management. Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and reporting tools. Startup experience preferred. Candidates from Healthcare, Medical Devices, Wellness, Electronics, or Consumer Products industries will be an advantage.
