E-commerce Livestreamer Management Assistant

Job Responsibilities

1. Recruitment Support (Executive Level)

• Assist in the recruitment of live streamers and live stream controllers
• Publish recruitment information on various recruitment platforms and communities
• Preliminarily screen resumes and arrange calls
• Assist in organizing in-office interviews
• Collate candidate information and follow up on interview progress

2. Daily Coordination and Review for Live Streamers

• Assist in reviewing live streamers' leave applications (sick leave, personal leave, annual leave (EL), etc.)
• Assist in making temporary schedule adjustments and allocating replacement slots
• Assist in addressing live streamers' daily work-related inquiries and escalate for handling when necessary

3. Talent Deployment and Support

• Assist in the deployment of live streamers across different projects, time slots, or teams
