Job Overview:
We are looking for a responsible & disciplined E-commerce Operations & Management Executive to manage end-to-end e-commerce operations. This role involves overseeing daily operations, delivery coordination through courier companies, inventory and stock management, payment reconciliation, customer support, and coordination with marketing and social media partners.
The role also includes managing operations team. Team size and growth will be directly linked to performance, efficiency, and business profitability.
This is an onsite position based in Karachi and the candidate must be willing to work from our Mehran Town, Korangi office.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage overall day-to-day e-commerce operations
Ensure smooth coordination between operations, marketing, customer support, and management
