E-Commerce Manager

As the E-commerce Manager at
Pinnacle Beverages Sdn. Bhd.
, you will oversee online sales, manage digital platforms and drive growth through data analysis, marketing and optimization of the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and optimize the end-to-end customer journey across the website and other digital sales platforms.
2. Manage online merchandising, content updates, promotions and campaign execution.
3. Collaborate with marketing, product, logistics and IT to ensure seamless operations.
4. Monitor and improve key e-commerce metrics such as conversion rate, average order value (AOV) and cart abandonment rate.
5. Manage relationships with third-party platforms (e.g., marketplaces, payment providers).
6. Ensure site SEO, UX/UI optimization, and mobile responsiveness.
