E-Commerce Manager

We’re looking for a strategic, customer-focused E-commerce Manager to own the performance, user experience, and growth of our Shopify-based subscription e-commerce store. This role blends website optimization, subscription management, analytics, and marketing-driven decision making — not heavy coding or development. You will be responsible for improving the customer journey end-to-end, managing third-party tools like Rebuy and Recharge, and collaborating closely with marketing, creative, and operations to ensure the website continuously drives conversion, retention, and revenue. Strong communication skills are absolutely essential, as you will work cross-functionally with multiple departments and must be able to clearly explain insights, propose solutions, and walk the team through your work.
