E-Commerce Marketing Specialist

We are hiring a sharp, creative, and analytically minded EC Marketing Specialist/Manager to lead store marketing operations across Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok.

This role covers store and listing optimization, marketing asset management, and video/ads performance coordination.

You will combine data insights with aesthetic sense to improve traffic efficiency, CTR/CVR, and GMV contribution through store marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Store Marketing & Optimization

• Lead homepage layout design & refresh, ensuring strong branding and conversion-focused placements.
• Optimize PDP layout, key visual hierarchy, product titles, claims, and review leverage.
• Manage and grow marketing accounts to strengthen brand presence.

Paid Ads & CPAS

• Daily monitor and optimize CPAS, adjusting creatives, audiences, and copy based on performance trends.
