About the role

CPI Management Services is seeking an experienced E-Commerce - Non Voice professional to join our dynamic team in Pasig City, Metro Manila. This full-time role will contribute to the growth and success of our online retail operations by providing exceptional customer service and support.

What you'll be doing

1. Handle customer inquiries and orders via email, chat, and other non-voice channels
2. Provide accurate and timely responses to customer questions and concerns
3. Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently
4. Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams
5. Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience
