About the role
CPI Management Services is seeking an experienced E-Commerce - Non Voice professional to join our dynamic team in Pasig City, Metro Manila. This full-time role will contribute to the growth and success of our online retail operations by providing exceptional customer service and support.
What you'll be doing
- Handle customer inquiries and orders via email, chat, and other non-voice channels
- Provide accurate and timely responses to customer questions and concerns
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience
