Job Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented E-Commerce Officer to manage the order dispatch process, ensure accurate documentation, and support smooth warehouse and vendor coordination. This role plays a key part in ensuring timely deliveries, quality assurance, and efficient procurement operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Waybill Management

2. Generate accurate waybills for all outgoing dispatches and ensure proper documentation for each shipment.

3. Verify that shipment details (quantities, SKUs, destinations) align with customer orders and dispatch schedules.

4. Maintain organized digital and physical records of all waybills for tracking and audit purposes.

5. Dispatch Coordination

6. Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure that all dispatches are prepared according to the waybills.
