E-Commerce Officer

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS

The E-Commerce Manager/Officer is responsible for driving online sales growth, managing day-to-day e-commerce operations, and optimizing the company's digital sales channels (company website, online marketplaces, and partner platforms). The role is performance-driven, with clear KPIs tied to revenue, traffic, conversion, and operational efficiency.

DETAILED DUTIES AND TASKS

· Maintain and update product listings across website and marketplaces

· Execute platform campaigns and promotions as scheduled

· Monitor daily sales, traffic, and stock availability

· Coordinate with Marketing, Warehouse, and Customer Service teams

· Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports

· Set monthly and quarterly e-commerce sales targets
