                    Mô tả công việc: B, MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead the overall operation team (Livestream, Content, E-com Ops), ensuring growth and effective performance across platforms.
1/ Livestream Ops (30%):Build the livestream schedule.
Manage freelance hosts  co-hosts.
Track livestream KPIs (viewers, GMV, conversion).
2/ Content Marketing (30%):Plan key visual  content for campaigns.
Ensure content quality and brand consistency.
Track traffic, CTR, CVR.
3/ Ecommerce Planning  Performance (30%):Create monthly sales planning.
Manage promotions according to platform calendars.
Track and optimize platform performance.
4/ Team Management (10%):Manage workload  tasks.
Evaluate team performance.
