E-commerce Operations Assistant

Duties and Responsibilities:

Order Processing and Fulfillment:

-Verify order details, stock availability, and shipping information

-Assist in labeling, sorting, and preparing packages for courier pickup

-Double checking of pick orders to avoid mistakes

-Correct labeling and attaching waybills

-Ensure order products are securely packed

-On time packing of orders to meet the pickup schedule of parcels

-Record the quantity of products that shipped per day

-Transfer all packed orders to the pick-up area of couriers (ground floor)



Stocks Management:

-Organize and validate the count stock requests from Warehouse

-Communicate stock availability / low stock to Ecommerce Team

-Report the return parcel to ecommerce team

-Help in restocking and arranging products in the shelves

-Help in physical counting of products inventory (weekly/monthly)
