E-Commerce Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of e-commerce and marketplace campaigns, including campaign setup, pricing, vouchers, and promotional mechanics.
• Manage campaign submissions, setups, and coordination across Shopify and marketplaces including Zalora, Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.

• Liaise with marketplace account managers to ensure campaign timelines, submission requirements, and approvals are met.

• Upload and manage website banners, landing pages, and campaign-related content on Shopify.

• Support product, SKU, pricing, and promotional updates across Shopify and marketplace platforms to ensure accuracy and consistency.

• Assist with livestreaming operations, including liaising with streamers, coordinating product selection, and arranging stock preparation and delivery.
