E-commerce Operations Executive
, you will oversee the end-to-end online order fulfillment process. From coordinating with stores and warehouses to managing logistics partners and returns, you'll ensure every order is handled accurately and delivered on time.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full cycle of online order fulfillment, from order receipt to delivery.
• Coordinate with physical stores to generate POS orders, pack the items, and arrange Lalamove for collection from the stores to the warehouse.
• Manage sorting, picking, packing, and shipping of orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
