E-Commerce Operations Manager – Enablement

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end e-commerce operations, ensuring smooth daily functioning across all online sales channels.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve scalable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and workflows.
• Monitor inventory, fulfillment processes, and performance metrics to ensure timely and efficient operations.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, business development, and cross-functional teams to support campaigns and sales initiatives.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and profitability.
• Drive systems adoption, automation, and technology solutions to enable scalable growth.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to the leadership team for operational planning and business development.
