E-COMMERCE OPERATIONS MANAGER

JOB DESCRIPTION: E-Commerce Operations Manager (Fulltime)

Role Overview:

As our E-Commerce Operations Manager, you'll take full ownership of the end-to-end operations of our online store.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Own and manage the full e-commerce operation solo, no team, just you.

2. Manage Shopify and WooCommerce stores: product listings, inventory, pricing, and order fulfillment.

3. Plan and execute strategies to scale online sales and drive revenue growth.

4. Monitor and optimize every aspect of the customer journey from browsing to post-purchase.

5. Analyze data to improve net profit, not just revenue, and maximize profitability.

6. Identify new opportunities in the beauty e-commerce market.

Qualifications:
