E-commerce Operations Manager

Monday - Friday (work at office either from 8.30am to 5.30pm, OR 9am to 6pm, to decide by candidate)

Saturday (work from home 8.30am to 12.30pm)

• Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations including inbound, storage, order picking, packing, and outbound fulfillment.
• Ensure accurate and timely execution of daily eCommerce orders across multiple marketplaces (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, TikTok).
• Attend to and resolve client operational issues and service inquiries promptly.
• Lead and support the onboarding of new clients – SOP creation, WMS setup, process walkthroughs.
• Drive productivity and efficiency initiatives across teams and processes.
• Monitor KPIs such as order turnaround time, accuracy rate, inventory discrepancies, and team performance.
