Key ResponsibilitiesShop Operations

• Execute listing creation and ensure accurate ERP binding.
• Monitor warehouse stock and inventories and coordinate replenishment across channels.
• Supervise CSR including chat broadcast, customer inquiry response quality, and SOPs.
• Maintain account health across platforms (violations, late shipment rate, cancellation rate, etc.).
• Build order forecasting models based on campaign plans, conversion trends, and historical performance.

Campaign Operations

• End-to-end execution of all campaigns across TT/SHP/LAZ.
• Develop and implement pricing strategy, merch schemes, bundles, and value packs to maximize conversion and margins.
• Coordinate merch sourcing and ensure smooth procurement & logistics readiness before campaigns.
• Monitor livestream performance, oversee the optimization of live scenes, scripts & offer mechanics, and ensure daily run rates are achieved...
