E-commerce / Performance Manager

We are partnering with a medical devices company find a hands-on E-commerce / Performance Manager who can own performance marketing and drive online growth. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead SEM/SEO, challenge agencies, and shape the e-commerce strategy for both Australia and New Zealand.

The role

Take ownership of SEM, SEO, and digital performance

Build dashboards and reporting to track ROI and performance trends

Challenge agencies to maximise results and budget efficiency

Explore growth opportunities across Australia and New Zealand

Who we are looking for

4–8 years’ experience in performance marketing and e-commerce

Direct hands-on experience running campaigns (not just reports)

Strong analytics skills (Looker Studio, Power BI, or equivalent)

SME-friendly, strategic yet hands-on, able to operate independently
