E-Commerce Senior Accountant

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Pacific Time, with a 30-minute break

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and manage full-cycle accounting in QuickBooks.
• Oversee general ledger entries, reconciliations, and monthly/annual close processes.
• Manage inventory accounting, cost tracking, and high-volume transaction processing.
• Handle invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and expense reporting.
• Prepare financial reports and budgets to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with external accountants on tax filings and audits.
• Support data-driven forecasting and contribute to FP&A initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of bookkeeping/accounting experience
• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks and GAAP
