E-Commerce Specialist

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E- Commerce Specialist to manage and support our online sales operations. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of hands-on experience in eCommerce and is comfortable working with online marketplaces, product listings, and digital sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update product listings on eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, Lazada, Shopee, WooCommerce, etc.)
• Monitor daily online sales performance, inventory levels, and pricing
• Coordinate with marketing and design teams for promotions, campaigns, and product launches
• Handle order processing, customer inquiries, and basic after-sales support
• Analyze sales data from our platform handles and propose product bundles or promotional campaigns to boost revenue
• Ensure accuracy of product information, stock availability, and order fulfillment
