E-Commerce Specialist

Job Summary:
The E-Commerce Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing the company's online sales channels to drive revenue growth and improve customer experience. This role includes handling product listings, digital marketing campaigns, order fulfillment coordination, and data analysis to ensure efficient online operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain product listings, descriptions, pricing, and inventory across e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, Amazon, Tiktok, etc.).
• Develop and implement online sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Coordinate with marketing teams to create promotional campaigns, advertisements, and social media content to increase traffic and conversions.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and online trends to recommend improvements.
