E-Commerce Specialist

• Handle after-sales support, including order issues, returns, refunds, and customer follow-ups.
• Respond to customer comments and chats across e-commerce platforms (Shopee & TikTok Shop) in a timely and professional manner
• Update and monitor inventory daily to ensure accurate stock levels and prevent order issues
• Act as Live Moderator during TikTok live selling sessions by managing comments, assisting the host, answering inquiries, and supporting order processing.
• Monitor shop performance and report basic updates to management
• Ensure smooth daily operations of the online stores
• Other related tasks and activities that may be assigned from time to time.
