E-Commerce Specialist

Key Job Objective:

The E-Commerce Specialist is responsible for maintaining brand presence and awareness at, and promoting products on the Company's various online platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, and Shopify.

Job Responsibilities:

· Handle day-to-day operations of the Company's various online platforms.

· Process customer orders by coordinating with concerned employees and/or courier services.

· Update product listings, images, price, stocks, and other relevant contents on the various online platforms.

· Coordinate with Web Developer, Graphic Artist, SEO Specialist or other concerned employees to ensure that online stores are visually appealing, easy to navigate, and contains accurate and up-to-date content.

· Coordinate with Customer Service Associates for any client concerns.

· Implement digital marketing campaigns, strategies, and promotions on online platforms.
