Job Summary:
The E-Commerce Staff is responsible for the day-to-day operations of all online sales platforms. This role ensures accurate order processing, timely coordination with internal teams and couriers, proper inventory monitoring, and effective customer support to maintain high service standards and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and manage online orders across all e-commerce platforms in an accurate and timely manner.
Coordinate with the E-Commerce team regarding order pick-up and delivery status to ensure smooth fulfillment operations.
Monitor and track the status of returned items, ensuring proper documentation and resolution.
File claims and disputes for damaged returned items and failed courier pick-ups, following established procedures.
Prepare and submit Statements of Account (SOA) to the Accounting Department promptly and accurately.
