E-commerce Store & Growth Manager

We are looking for a highly experienced, growth-oriented professional to own and scale our online sales channels — primarily Shopify
and
TikTok Shop
— across the U.S. and Canadian markets. This is a
revenue-accountable role
focused on conversion optimization, offer strategy, funnel performance, and cross-channel execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end performance of Shopify and TikTok Shop (speed, UX/UI, checkout, compliance).
• Optimize product pages, checkout flow, financing options, shipping clarity, and trust signals.
• Create and test offers, bundles, and upsells to increase conversion and AOV.
• Launch and scale TikTok Shop, including creator and affiliate programs.
• Collaborate with paid ads managers, content creators, and logistics partners to align funnels.
• Support retention with email/SMS flows (abandoned cart, post-purchase, upsell).
