E-COMMERCE SUPERVISOR – MANDALUYONG

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in a supervisory role
• Preferably with experience in live selling (TikTok Live, Shopee Live, Facebook Live)
• Experience managing affiliate and influencer programs
• Proficient in handling online store operations, product listings, pricing, and promotions
• Strong analytical skills in tracking sales KPIs and conversion rates
• Knowledgeable in order fulfillment, logistics coordination, and customer issue resolution
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Willing to work Monday to Saturday.
