E-Commerce Supervisor

Pet Warehouse is a Philippine distributor and retailer of some of the world's best pet brands.

As the E-commerce Associate , you will assist the Digital Operations Team and oversee the full lifecycle of our digital commerce operations, including our direct-to-consumer (DTC) website and major marketplace platforms such as Shopee, Lazada and Tiktok . This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and uses data to turn insights into results.

You will be responsible for optimizing customer experience, growing traffic, improving conversion, and increasing sales across all digital platforms. Reporting directly to senior leadership, this role requires a precise thinker that is data-driven with a passion for storytelling, strategy, and execution.

E-commerce Strategy & Operations
