About the Role:
Assist online shoppers from the DACH region with orders, deliveries, and returns.

Responsibilities:

• Manage e-commerce inquiries via email and chat

• Resolve delivery or refund issues

• Maintain excellent service standards

Requirements:

• German C2, English C1

• Previous e-commerce or retail experience a plus
