Job Title: E-commerce & TikTok Shop Support Assistant
Location: Remote
Reports To: TikTok Shop / E-commerce Manager
Key Responsibilities
-TikTok Shop Creator Outreach
-Reach out to potential creators via TikTok Shop Affiliate Center and AI outreach tools
-Follow up with creators daily and maintain consistent communication
-Assist in reviewing and approving creators for Target and Open Collaboration sample requests
-Maintain creator outreach records and follow-up status in Google Sheets
-Customer Service (TikTok Shop, Shopify & Amazon)
-Handle customer inquiries via TikTok Shop, Shopify, and Amazon messaging systems
-Respond to questions related to orders, shipping, product usage, and returns
-Resolve basic customer complaints professionally and efficiently
-Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the manager when needed
