E-Commerce Video Editor - Paid Ads

We’re looking for a full-time performance-driven Video Ad Editor who understands that great creative isn’t just beautiful - it converts. This role is responsible for producing high-performing paid social ads across platforms like Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, YouTube, and other short-form channels.

You will turn raw footage, UGC, testimonials, product demos, and static assets into scroll-stopping ads designed to drive measurable performance (ROAS, CPA, CTR, hook rate, hold rate).

If you care more about hook rate than cinematic transitions, this role is for you.

• Edit short-form performance ads (10–60 seconds) for paid social
• Develop multiple creative variations to test hooks, angles, and offers
