AllSecurityEquipment.com is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive E-commerce Virtual Assistant to oversee and optimize our product listings across multiple sales channels.

This role is critical to maintaining the accuracy, consistency, and performance of our product catalog across Amazon, Shopify, Odoo (ERP), Walmart Marketplace, eBay, and other online marketplaces.

The ideal candidate thrives in structured environments, loves clean data, and can efficiently manage large product catalogs while ensuring listings are accurate, optimized, and aligned across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Product Catalog Management

• Create, manage, and update product listings across Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and other marketplaces.
• Maintain data consistency between Odoo (ERP) and sales channels.
• Add new products, variants, pricing, specifications, and images with precision.
