E-Commerce / Warehouse Assistant

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented E-Commerce / Warehouse Assistant to join our growing team at Double Oak Pte Ltd. This is a full-time position based in our warehouse located in 1 Sunview Road, Eco-Tech. In this key role, you will be responsible for efficiently processing and fulfilling online orders to provide an exceptional customer experience.

What you'll be doing

1. Receive, sort, and process incoming orders accurately and on time
2. Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment in accordance with customer orders
3. Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment to ensure efficient operations
4. Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed
5. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to streamline warehouse processes
