E-Invoicing Project Lead

HCLTech is seeking an experienced E-Invoicing Project Lead to drive the implementation of global e-invoicing and e-reporting initiatives. This role will act as a critical liaison between our e-invoicing partner, Pagero, and WBD’s internal technology and business teams to ensure the succefull implementation of projects to meet local compliance requirements

The ideal candidate will have proven project management experience with a focus on e-invoicing technologies, processes, and regulatory frameworks. This role requires a blend of project management capabilities, business analysis, leadership skills and tax knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management: Lead end-to-end implementation of e-invoicing systems and processes. Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. Track progress and adjust plans to ensure timely, on-budget delivery
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams including O2C, S2P, IT,...
