E-Learning Operations Executive

This role focuses on learning management system (LMS) administration, course publishing, user management, training coordination, and ensuring timely communication and delivery of learning content to all relevant stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and maintain the Learning Management System, including course setup, configuration, publishing, and archiving.
Upload, organize, and manage course content (videos, documents, assessments, and multimedia assets) ensuring consistency, accuracy, and version control.
Configure course settings such as enrollment rules, access permissions, completion criteria, certifications, and reporting requirements.
Manage learner accounts, roles, permissions, and group assignments within the LMS.
Training Operations & Delivery
Coordinate the rollout of new and updated training programs, ensuring they are delivered to the correct audiences in a timely manner.
