The Position

FUJIFILM Tilburg has a temporary vacancy of 1 year for a E-learning specialist in our European Supply Chain department for the Masterdata improvement project. The goal of the project is to establish the policies, procedures, and standards that ensure Fujifilm masterdata is accurate, accessible, secure, and compliant.

Responsibilities

• Transform content from various sources to engaging and interactive learning materials.
• Design, develop and implement training programs and curricula by using various instructional techniques, such as on-field training, e-learning, simulations, quizzes ,exams and certifications.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, to ensure training content is accurate, relevant and engaging.
• Implement FAQ(Frequently Asked Questions).
• Monitor training effectiveness: collect feedback from users, analyze metrics, and work out conclusions to enhance training material...
