E-Production Executive

The Supplier Production team is tasked with coordinating digital assets from THE ICONIC's suppliers to in-house Production teams and through the production process. They are responsible for the tracking and checking of all supplier imagery bookings as well as overseeing the end to end production of the digital assets, ensuring all items are produced and successfully uploaded to THE ICONIC's ecommerce website.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with ZALORA and it's Australian counterpart THE ICONIC in collaborating with teams located in Manila, Philippines and Sydney, Australia
• Liaise with THE ICONIC's Category Management team to ascertain upcoming supplier imagery bookings and raise request for digital assets
• Responsible for the audit of all incoming supplier asset bookings in Zendesk; ensuring all images and content information is provided and in the correct format
