VinFast Indonesia is expanding rapidly, and we’re looking for a E-Scooter Regional Sales & Network Development Manager to accelerate growth, strengthen dealer networks, and lead high‑performance sales execution across assigned regions.

🔑 What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with national targets
• Drive sales volume, market share, and dealer profitability
• Build, expand, and govern a scalable dealer network (1S & 3S)
• Lead dealer performance management, KPI tracking, and corrective actions
• Strengthen frontline sales capability through coaching, training, and CRM adoption
• Manage market intelligence, competitor tracking, and local commercial opportunities
