E13L0: Health & Safety Specialist (ID)

•Maintain and review appropriate risk assessments and any safe systems of work, including analysing causations, trends, resolving problems and develop improvement for HS management system standards and improving our safety culture on an ongoing basis
• Establishment HS goals and evaluating outcomes with business management and initiate HS programs to improve the company’s HS performance and safety culture.
• Conduct work group safety communications, encouraging all management and employees to take an interest in proceedings, fostering correct attitudes towards Health & Safety matters.
• Highlight areas where training/certification is required to meet the standards imposed by Legislation, Approved Codes of Practice, or HS guidance to responsible senior company management.
• Provide effective leadership and a role model in setting the direction of the Health and Safety culture within the company. – example behaviour, led by example
