Core Responsibilities

• Circuit Switched Governance (MSC/MGW/HLR/VLR)
  • Govern maintenance, release activities, and availability of MSC, MGW, HLR, VLR systems.
  • Define and enforce fault/change/performance governance policies, including MTTR and SLA targets.
  • Collaborate with RAN, NOC, billing, and interconnect teams.
• IMS Core Governance
  • Oversee deployment and operation of IMS elements: P-CSCF, I-CSCF, S-CSCF, HSS, MGCF, BGCF, ...
