E&A Engineering Executive

**Role Overview:**

The E&A Engineer role focuses on instrumentation, electrical, and automation execution within the factory. Key responsibilities include:

+ Preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement
+ PLC troubleshooting and basic writing (reading required; writing is an advantage)
+ Instrument calibration execution based on preventive maintenance plans
+ Custodian of electrical and engineering compliance in line with Nestlé standards and Malaysian regulations
+ Monitoring and coordinating work assigned to third-party vendors and contractors

The role is fully on-site and supports factory operations.

**Candidate Profile:**

+ Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Mechatronics
+ 3–5 years in manufacturing, preferably FMCG / Food & Beverage
+ Experience in maintenance and factory operations preferred
+ With knowledge and experience in the following tools:
