Skills & Requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree (or similar), from an accredited college or university, or equivalent professional experience
National Federation High School softball coaching certification, or equivalent
High School Varsity level playing experience, or equivalent; Pitching/Catching experience preferred
Minimum two years of Softball Coaching experience at the youth or High School level
American Red Cross First Aid & CPR or equivalent 
Able to read, write, and perform basic math and should have strong organizational, budgetary, and computer (especially Google Suite, SchoolsBuddy, and Finalsite) skills
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
