MAJOR FUNCTION
:MINIMUM TRAINING/EXPERIENCE:
High School diploma or equivalent. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and work accurately. Proficiency in using spreadsheets and working with budgets. Excellent organization and time management skills. Familiarity with program information and data management systems is preferred.
SUCCESSFUL APPLICANTS WILL DEMONSTRATE THE FOLLOWING:
Proven ability to learn how to use new software;
Strong organizational skills;
Strong customer service skills;
Ability to manage files and records, and design forms;
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing;
