TEMP – Eagles Nest Program (Program Participants Only)

⚠️ This position is exclusively for current Eagles Nest Program participants.

Purpose

The Eagles Nest Program supports individuals ages 18–25 in developing workplace skills and becoming successful employees.

This is a 30-day temporary position through UPMC WorkSource, including four weeks of intensive training and hands-on experience at UPMC Hamot. Participants will rotate through areas such as nursing, transport, and environmental services.

Participants selected at the end of the program may transition to a full-time role through the internal Talent Acquisition transfer process.
