Early Career and Talent Pipeline Lead

We're looking for a passionate Early Career and Talent Pipeline Lead to build and accelerate a strong early-career talent pipeline for the East Asia zone that supports the organization’s long-term workforce and leadership needs. What will you do: Design and execute the early careers strategy across internal early-career talent and external early-career pipelines (graduates, interns and other relevant entry pathways) Build structured development programs (rotations, mentoring, learning pathways) Partner with HR Business Leaders in each country to align early-career plans to workforce needs and local context Partner with Talent Acquisition on sourcing and employer branding for early talent Coach early-career talent and the ecosystem around them through 1:1 coaching, cohort learning facilitation, and manager enablement (e.g., onboarding, rotations, development milestones) Identify and accelerate high-potential early-career talent Monitor...
