Early Career Trainee - Region Operations Support

**Job Description Summary**

The trainee will contribute to ongoing operations excellence efforts by assisting with the tracking, analysis, and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs). Their involvement will bring additional bandwidth and allow deeper follow-up on identified gaps, while also supporting continuous improvement efforts across functions.



​A key part of the role will be to build and maintain intuitive dashboards and reporting tools that bring improved visibility to outage execution issues. These tools will support data-driven decision-making and allow a “one layer deeper” approach in follow-up, identifying trends and root causes that impact task completion timelines.
