Early Careers Recruitment Lead – NCR & North India

About the Role

Own end-to-end early careers hiring for Software Engineers, Cloud Architects, Data Scientists & Product roles while establishing us as the *top employer brand* across North India tech campuses. *Player-coach role* driving high-volume tech hiring + cutting-edge branding.

Experience:* 4-8 years in campus/early careers recruitment (tech/IT services preferred)

CTC:* ₹14-20 LPA + performance bonus + campus travel

What You’ll Do

Tech Campus Hiring Ownership

- Manage 300-600 annual hires for SDE, Cloud Engineer, Data/ML roles from IITs, NITs, IIITs, DTU, NSIT & Tier 2/3

- Design tech assessments: coding tests, system design, cloud case studies (AWS/Azure/GCP)

- Partner with Engineering VPs for skill mapping, interview calibration, offer benchmarking
